Hearing Dogs for Deaf People

Springwell completely surpassed itself after the children picked Hearing Dogs for Deaf people as their chosen charity. People have jumped out of planes, run for miles, baked cakes and in some cases, all of the above! A truly outstanding effort from everyone here at Springwell, we managed to raise an incredible £10,469!! WELL DONE EVERYBODY!!

Charity Launch Day September 18th for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People

We launched our Charity Year with a fun day where  everyone dressed up as dogs or brought in a soft dog.  The pupils took part in activities relating to hearing and not hearing, and dogs.

We covered a huge dog face with change and raised £146 towards our total of £5000.

Our friends from South Hants Hearing Dogs came in with three hearing dogs, Vimmie, Yogi and Ebony, and the pupils met the dogs.

We had a special assembly where we unveiled our totaliser and revealed that we had already raised £1300!!!

We have lots of activities from pupils, parents and staff to take part in. We hope you will support us.
